AbstractThis article describes how the author integrated professional ethics into a two semester general chemistry course. For this lesson, students are dived into teams of three and told to form a chemical company by pronouncing one team member the CEO, and developing a name and logo for the company. The students then developed a web presence for their company, and used their newly formed company as the perspective by which they would address a series of case studies looking at issues such as business ethics, environmental ethics, the validity of information shared on their and other "business" web sites, as well as other related issues.
