Abstract

This opinion piece discusses the ethics, morals and values that dictate the ways in which secular scientists and evolutionary theorists guide their work. Using the opposing views of creationists to illustrate this point, the author elucidates four points that dictate morality in science. They include the importance of curiosity, the importance of knowledge, the inherit wrongness of falsifying data, and the benefits of keeping an open mind.
