| Abstract | Students are often shy about expressing their opinions about ethics, when the first walk into a responsible conduct of research course or workshop. This article discusses how breaking students into small groups can help break the ice, and get students feeling more comfortable in expressing their opinions. The article discusses a number of small group assignments that can be used when teaching about research ethics. |
