An Introduction to Teaching Ethics

This article gives an introduction to moral theory and ethics for teachers who are looking to integrate ethics into their courses. The author gives an overview of basic ethical theory, ethics and religion, ethics in western intellectual tradition, discusses the difference between normative ethics and metaethics, utilitarianism, deontology, social contractarianism, and ethics of care.
