AbstractPaul Ledbetter is employed at Bluestone Ltd. as a manufacturing engineer. He regularly meets with vendors who offer to supply Bluestone with needed services and parts. When Paul discovers that one of the vendors, Duncan Mackey is an avid golfer, the two begin golfing together and Duncan helps get Paul nomitanted to join his golf club. When Paul is asked by his supervisor that he must make some cutbacks in the vending area so the company will be more cost effective, he needs to cut his dealings with a number of vendors. Should Paul bring up his golfing relationship with Duncan?
