Abstract

A chemical engineer at ABC Manufacturing becomes concerned when the workers he supervises begins to develop respiratory problems and complain about the fumes from the hot metals they work with. When he attempts to do more research on the problem, he runs into problems getting access to a needed article because of his supervisor, who keeps "forgetting" to grant permission to access the needed documents.
