Proprietary and Other Sensitive Information (TI)

This is a series of articles published by the Ethics Office at Texas Instruments Corporation in the company newsletter TNEWS. This collection of articles discusses issues of dealing with sensitive information when communicating with customers and suppliers, the ethics of signing non-disclosure agreements, and issues surrounding an employees' right to privacy in the workplace. Much of the advice seen here is in response to calls the Ethics Office has received from TI employees.
