| Abstract | At a committee meeting held at Happy trails, an adult residential community, the issue of smoking comes up. While some residents resent that their neighbors continue to smoke despite the evident health risks posed by second hand smoke, smoking residents state that they purchased their unit at Happy Trails under the assumption that the community offered "all the comforts of home," which in their minds, includes the ability to smoke. |
