| Abstract | The author comments on David DeGrazia's health care reform proposal which combines a single-payer national health insurance system with managed competition. He examines DeGrazia's thesis that a single-payer system with managed competition would achieve the goals of universal health care coverage. He also expresses his belief that a single-payer system with managed competition is the best form of single-payer system. |
