AbstractThe article focuses on the procedural requirements of the U.S. federal regulations which are designed protecting human subjects in research studies in the U.S. It also discusses the ethical quality in enhancing the supervision of human subject research. It concluded that the development of such measure can allow the field in moving forward to implement and measure interventions which can improve ethical quality of the review of human subject research. References used are presented.
