Abstract

As part of the media coverage of a right-to die case, the father of 20 year old Christine Busalacchi, who had been severely brain damaged, sent a video-tape to St. Louis television stations to show that she is no longer in a persistently vegetative state. The news stations showed the tape on television with little thought to Christine Busalacci's right to privacy.
