AbstractThis anthology includes essays on Native American involvement in archaeology in the northeastern United States, and the changing relationships between archaeologists and tribes in this region. The essays were written by a wide range of authors involved in the projects, and discusses how consultations and collaborations can go wrong, ways collaborations can be improved, and steps to achieve effective collaboration.
