| Abstract | In this study, the authors present evidence on the changes inethical cognition of business students over a four-year period. Using the Principled Score(P-score) of the Defining Issues Test to measure this change, the authors compared the P-scores of students at the entry to, halfway through, and shortly after graduation from a business school to analyze the effect size of education on ethical cognition. Secondly, for a sample of students in an elective business ethics course, they compared P-scores at the beginning, and at the end of the semester to analyze the effect size of specific intervention course on ethical cognition. |
