AbstractAfter an uptake in cybercrimes, law enforcement and researchers developed a chatbot that could be used to identify cybercriminals called JEREMY.  It could gather evidence and was free of human biases that could undermine the fairness of police work. However, when a suspect who is not a citizen of the country claims that he should not be subject to the laws of the country and claims that he has been a victim of entrapment, a national debate emerges over over the use of JEREMY.
