|Abstract||Charlie Boyd is a law professor that has received financial backing for an internet law resource center that he wants to create. He runs into problems getting the site finished because he needs to hire people do certain jobs and there are issues of contracts, IP ownership, percentage and lump-sum payments, and the uncertainty of the future site. |
