AbstractAs the opioid epidemic continues, nine counties in Tennessee sued a number of pharmacy companies for the costs of fighting the epidemic. The suit declares that Big Pharma should be labeled as drug dealers, and accuses pharmaceutical companies of misleading customers as to the addictive properties of the drugs.
