AbstractInformation about the workshop on the issue of industry-academia collaboration that was held on June 26, 2009 in Hyderabad, India is presented. Topics include the needs of industry concerning green construction, the challenges in appropriate academic curriculum development, and the role of education in meeting the needs of the industry for green construction. The workshop featured participants from the construction industry and academia.
