Abstract

Using an Ethics Across the Curriculum (EAC) program for integrating ethics into technical courses, this article describes the use of case studies to teach agricultural engineering students ethical reasoning and decision-making skills. The paper describes the program developed at the Agricultural Engineering Department of the Technical University of Valencia, and describes the case studies, discussions and assessment methods used.
