A hospital and university enter into a partnership with Ardais Corporation, a biotechnology company who wishes to set up a tissue bank for genetic researchers. The hospital and university will ask patients to donate tissue samples left over from surgery, and will be able to sell these samples to Ardias for the expansion of their tissue bank.
