AbstractThis paper describes the development of an ethics course for electrical engineering students, and identifies resource materials, background information, and describes the syllabus and outline for teaching the course. The author also discusses issues encountered when this topic is taught to a large class, and describes how an instructor can turn the class size into an advantage that can actually enrich the educational process of teaching professional and ethical aspects of electrical engineering
