AbstractIn 2007, Jennifer Dufner, a mother from Buxton, North Dakota sent a letter to the editor of The Forum that started a chain of discussion and controversy within the community. The focus of the letter was a billboard advertising a radio station that showed a woman in a provocative scene described in the article as "a tankini next to a caption that reads now turn us on. Mrs. Dufner argued that young children should not be subjected to this kind of advertising, and that she wanted the city to be responsible for regulating these issues. The case goes on to looking at the ethical issues in the case study. In this same issue of Teaching Ethics, a number of articles giving commentary about the case are available at http://www.uvu.edu/ethics/seac/
