AbstractThis web site and accompanying guide, developed by the National Postdoctoral Association, looks at the importance of including responsible conduct of research training in postdoctoral programs, and includes best practices and examples of training approaches for graduate schools, research centers and other institutions. The RCR Toolkit, available at the bottom of the page, includes a quick start guide, advice on determining goals and the content of an RCR program, how to tailor programs to the needs of postdocs and on choosing a program format, as well as examples of syllabi and other materials, evaluation strategies, and ideas on how to market RCR programs to postdoctoral students.
