AbstractThis case study about the Bhopal disaster discusses the industrial accident at the Union Carbide factory in India that immediately killed 2,000 people, injured another 200,000 to 300,000 and raised questions about plant safety and corporate responsibility around the world. The web site includes a situation summary and eight appendices looking at various ethical issues raised by the case, a series of presentation slides that can be used in the classroom, and an assessment sheet to see if learning objects for teaching about the case were met.
