The booklet presents a model curriculum  of self-contained units or modules, each including an analysis of the ethical question being discussed, several case studies for discussion and expert commentary, and resources for further study and research. The modules include: Tradition, Profession and Values in Public Health, The Legacy of the  Tuskegee Syphilis Study, Research Ethics in Public Health, Public Health and Practice in International Settings, Community-Based Practice and Research: Collaboration and Sharing Power, Ethics and Infectious Disease Control: STDs, HIV, TB, Ethics of health Promotion and Disease Prevention, Ethical Issues in Environmental and Occupational Health, Public Health Genetics: Screening Programs and Individual Testing/Counseling, Public Health and Health System Reform: Access, Priority Setting, and Allocation of Resources.</style></abstract></record></records></xml>
