Suddenly, his immediate supervisor storms into his office and tell him that he has rated all of his engineers too highly, and much change his evaluation to fit the &quot;normal distribution&quot;.  Even though Jim thinks that the majority of his engineers are extremely high achievers, he adjusts their ranking on the scale, without changing his comments.
