Patients having surgery at these medical centers will be asked by a hospital nurse if their would be willing to donate tissue left over after surgery to the bank.  At the moment, no legal restriction applies to the sale of human tissue, or who has the right to share in the profits.</style></abstract><notes><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Case from the 2001 APPE National Ethics Bowl Championship.
