This approach asks students to write an objective, fact-filled letter to an organization they feel has behaved unethically toward them. A specific protocol is presented for writing the letters and for analyzing the letters and responses in class, together with an outline of expected outcomes, cautions, and tangential learning opportunities.</style>
<notes><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Jurkiewicz, Carole L. 1 Giacalone, Robert A. 2 Bittick, Robin M. 3; Affiliation: 1: Professor, Louisiana State University E.
