The proposal stated that shareholders requested the company to review its policies on human rights and adopt and implement additional polices where needed.  The Board of Directors recommended a vote against this proposal, and on the day of the meeting, the proposal was voted down.</style></abstract><notes><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Case Study from the 2009 National Ethics Bowl.
