Innovative teaching methods were utilized and continuously refined based on student evaluations. Establishing a patient-centered focus and an appreciation of the contributions of other disciplines, students learned how to apply ethical decision-making to real cases. Students commonly cited the interprofessional interactions as the most enjoyable part of the learning experience in this course, and reported that they found it very informative and worthwhile.</style>
<doi><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">10.3109/13561820902921621</style></doi><issue><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">6</style></issue><work-type><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Article</style></work-type><accession-num><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">44746551</style></accession-num><notes><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Lennon-Dearing, Robin 1; Email Address: lennon@etsu.edu Lowry, Lois W. 2 Ross, Calvin W. 3 Dyer, Allen R. 4; Affiliation: 1: Department of Social Work, East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, Tennessee, USA 2: Department of Family and Community Nursing, College of Nursing, East Tennessee State University, Tennessee, USA 3: Pastoral Care Department, Mountain States Health Alliance, East Tennessee State University, Tennessee, USA 4: Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, James H.
