AbstractWritten by a professor at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID)at the Rochester Institute of Technology, the author discusses the importance of teaching business ethics as part of the curriculum for all students, hearing and non-hearing, and discusses the development of a business ethics course for NTID students. The author discusses some of the challenges in choosing and developing visual aids and readings for the course, as well as discussing success of the course as shown through assessment done with the students.
