National Catholic Conference of Airport Chaplains - Code of Ethics
Airport ministry is rooted in the Gospel truth, I was a stranger and you welcomed me.... in need and you tended to my need. From this flows a commitment
- to Jesus, the stranger in our daily contacts, that we accord to each individual the dignity that this truth reveals;
- to his Gospel, that we reveal our faith in the hospitality and works we offer to those we meet each day;
- to the church, that we share in its mission to make known and communicate God's love for all;
- to our fellow chaplains, that we pray with and encourage them in their spiritual journey;
- to ourselves, that we persevere in the nourishment of our personal spiritual, physical and mental health in order to be true signs of holiness, wholeness and excellence in our ministry.
