Chuck Jones & Associates, Inc. and each of its employees will:

• Individually and collectively maintain a high level of ethical conduct with clients, colleagues, members of allied professions and with the public.

• Strive continually to improve our skill and knowledge and make available to our clients the benefits of these professional attainments.

• Practice a method of planning founded on a legal and practical basis, not voluntarily associating with anyone who violates this principle.

• Once having undertaken a client, will not neglect the client unless discharged, and will discontinue service only after giving due notice.

• Seek consultation in doubtful or difficult cases, and whenever it appears that the services of members of other professions would tend to provide more complete and better quality or degree of advice.

• Not reveal the confidences we may observe in a client or any client's affairs, unless required to do so by law.

• Guard the public and ourselves against any planner deficient in moral character or professional competence.

• Obey all laws and uphold the dignity and honor of the profession and accept the profession's self-imposed disciplines.

• Oppose, without hesitation, illegal or unethical conduct of fellow members of our profession.
