Co-operativeness: We shall support a healthy marketplace for all through cooperation with customer, other businesses, and every person who would benefit from an ethical, free-market system.

Self Regulation: We shall be self regulating, we will honour all commitments including any guarantees we offer, ensure that the normal use of our mechandise or services will not be hazardous to public health or safety, and seek to resolve, in a fair and expedituous manner, any disputes which may rise.
