Code of Ethics

Place the interest of the client ahead of our own.

Maintain independence in thought and action.

Hold as confidential all client information obtained in the course of a professional assignment.

Not engage in the business of selling material handling products or systems.

Not serve two or more competing clients without full disclosure.

Ensure that a client receives a written proposal and has a clear understanding of the objective, scope, fee or fee basis for the proposed services.

Not accept fees, commissions or other valuable considerations from individuals or organizations whose equipment, supplies or services might be recommended in the course of service to clients.

Strive to advance and protect standards of the consulting profession and practice.
