| Abstract | This article takes a look at questions about the field of nanoethics, what this field is, what delimits it, and what is special about this field? The author argues that nanoethics can only be as coherent as the overall understanding of nanotechnology itself. He first looks at if there are any ethical issues unique to nanotechnology. While the author concludes that no novel ethical issues may be raise by this new technology, he does argue that nanotechnology is still deserving of ethical attention. |
