Abstract

As no current federal work-protection rules address the specific risk of nanomaterials, many raise concern over the possible hazards to employees working with nanotechnology. Amid concerns, nanotech manufacturer Altair invited National Institute for Occupational Health and Safety scientists to spend a week measuring worker exposures to nanoparticles.
