| Abstract | This comment on the report released by the Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution "Novel Materials in the Environment: the case of nanotechnology" gives a detailed list of statements that the Nanotechnology Industries Association both supports, and areas in which they disagree or which they see has perhaps needing more information. The report also details areas in which the NIA has played a role in working towards the responsible development of nanotechnology, including their cooperation in developing the "Responsible Nanocode." The report is followed by a number of supporting materials published by the NIA that directly relate to the report. |
