| Abstract | Report examines how waste materials created by nanomaterial manufacturing and nanomaterials at the end of their life cycle could be regulated under existing U.S. federal laws. The report uses two hypothetical cases studies to see how the Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA or the Superfund law) would function in these instances. |
