This article reports on an experiment done to determine the amount and the form of silver nanoparticles released during washing from nine different fabrics that each have nine different ways of silver incorporation into or on the fabrics. The study found that concerns over the fate of silver nanoparticles incorporated into fabrics are relevant as primarily course silver containing particles were released in the experiment during conditions relevant to washing.</style>
<issue><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">21</style></issue><work-type><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Journal Article</style></work-type></record></records></xml>
