The survey showed that many participants lacked a true understanding of concepts associated with atoms and the size of the nanoscale regime. The article then presents strategies for how scientists should present their research when engaging the public on nanotechnology topics. </style>
<issue><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">2</style></issue><section><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">183</style></section></record></records></xml>
